do I place an order?
We want to make
your shopping experience easy!
• You may place an order online through our secure shopping
cart.
• If you prefer to send in your order, complete our easy-to-use order
form. Print it out and fax or mail in your order.
• You can always speak to us and place an order. Call us with

How are my items shipped?
We currently ship all items Priority Mail through the United States
Postal Service. The pre-calculated rates include shipping, handling,
and delivery confirmation. The table below calculates the cost based
on your purchase.
Most packages arrive to your doorstep in 2-5 business days.

What
is your return policy?
Just Add Honey wants you to love your teas as much as we
do. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you are welcome to
exchange or return the item within 30 days of purchase. Please note: Special priced and sale items are non-returnable.
Please Include a copy of your invoice with your return. For your
protection, we recommend using US Postal Service or an insured parcel
post.

At Just Add
Honey we respect you and your privacy. We will not share, trade,
or sell any of your information to anyone at any time without your
permission. This policy will never change!

Is tea taxed?
Sales tax will
be added to your total at checkout (before shipping) for all orders
placed by residents of the State of Georgia.

Do you offer gift-wrapping and gift
certificates?
Just Add Honey wants you to share your love of tea with
others. We can gift wrap your selection in our signature gift-wrap,
free of charge! Just let us know at checkout! We also offer gifts
certificates in $25 increments for our all natural teas, fruit tea,
black tea and specialty teas . Just let us know at checkout!
Just Add Honey can ship the order to the recipients’
address with a gift receipt. We will provide you with the full receipt
through email.
