To maintain the efforts to socially distance and do our part to protect and care for our TEAm, TEAlovers, and the public health, we've decided to keep our retail cafes as a GRAB AND GO pick up cafe until further notice. We have an amazing patio {covered and uncovered} with ceiling fans and heaters to sip outside.

Are your retail cafes open as a drop in or drive by location? When will they open?
We are OPEN! Stop by for a few ounces or a cup to go. We've decided to keep our retail cafes as shop in/sip out until further notice. We offer patio seating and you can sip with us - all of our tables are spaced and have ceiling fans and heaters for the perfect cup! We miss our tea lovers and would love to see you. Based on the guidance from government officials as well as our desire to do our part to protect and care for our TEAm, TEAlovers and the public health. We will continue to monitor the situation and update our TEAlovers of any changes.

Can I shop safely online?
YES! OF COURSE! PLEASE! We are always open online and love seeing your orders. You can rest assure that our TEAm is using ANY and ALL safety measures {as we always have} while in our distribution office to care for themselves and your orders. We work Monday-Friday and most packages ship in 3-5 business days from the date of your order. Because we hand blend all of our teas, we MAY run out of an ingredient from our trusted suppliers. Should I expect a delay with my order?
You may experience shipping delays, as we have implemented a social distancing plan as a precaution for our TEAm in our distribution office, and this may temporarily slow down processing. Also keep in mind, we ship via USPS and they are experiencing an influx of packages. All orders come with tracking information so you know when to expect your tea, but occasionally the USPS may have high traffic volume that will delay your package. Fingers crossed that none of this is the case. :)

Are you shipping facilities still open? How are you keeping your employees safe?
Our shipping/distribution office is still open but not open to the public. In addition to following CDC/Department of Agriculture guidelines and regular deep cleanings, our TEAm is wiping down all high-touch surfaces throughout the day with food-safe disinfectant. We have been practicing social distancing by reducing the number of people in the facility through shifts. We're also maintaining six feet between workstations at all times. For any TEAm members who may be sick or feeling ill, we encourage them to stay home and extend sick leave as applicable.

we ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. the shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected.

all of our orders are shipped via USPS. we strive to ship your teas in 72hrs or less from the date order! occasionally, the time may be delayed due to ingredients needed to complete your order. all of our teas are blended in small batches to avoid disturbing our loose leaf teas and ensure the perfect cup. if your order is delayed, we will notify you immediately with an estimated time of arrival. 

Multiple Shipments
your order may arrive in multiple shipments. if your order is sent in multiple shipments {either to the same address or to different addresses}, you may be charged separately for each shipment, including prorated shipping and handling charges.

we ship to the address listed using USPS services. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES due to no error on our part. Feel free to contact us if there is an issue with your package.
