please note that it may take longer than usual to fulfill your order as we work to ensure the health and safety of the teams in our TEAm. we estimate that your order will ship from our warehouse within 5-7 business days and will send an email with tracking information upon shipment. we appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.
Shipping to the United States
just add honey tea company loves shipping thoughtfully blended teas to your doorstep. in the company of friends or alone, our teas are for anyone anytime.
we ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. the shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected.
all of our orders are shipped via USPS. we strive to ship your teas in 72hrs or less from the date order! occasionally, the time may be delayed due to ingredients needed to complete your order. all of our teas are blended in small batches to avoid disturbing our loose leaf teas and ensure the perfect cup. if your order is delayed, we will notify you immediately with an estimated time of arrival.
Multiple Shipments
your order may arrive in multiple shipments. if your order is sent in multiple shipments {either to the same address or to different addresses}, you may be charged separately for each shipment, including prorated shipping and handling charges.
we ship to the address listed using USPS services. we ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES due to no error on our part. Feel free to contact us if there is an issue with your package.
